TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ RETURN POLICY

Product must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase for refund to be granted. For whatever reason you wish to return your planter, you are responsible for shipping back to Monstruosus. Customer must contact help@monstruosus.com and request a refund or exchange. Customer must send unused product back to MONSTRUOSUS, Inc. in order to obtain a refund. Refunds will be processed when MONSTRUOSUS, Inc. receives the unused product.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Monstruosus we make every effort to ship your planter efficiently and safely. But sometimes, mistakes happen! If your planter arrives damaged, please send an email to help@monstruosus.com with a photograph of the damaged product. Upon receipt of receiving the photograph, Monstruosus will authorize either a refund or schedule a replacement of equal value, depending on your wishes.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment, but feel free to email us at sales@monstruosus.com for special orders. Standard Handling, Priority Handling and Rush Delivery options are available. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for Standard Delivery. Priority Mail Delivery orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered within 3 business days or less.
